A New Chapter: Agilifly’s Smartsheet Practice to Join AMX Consulting

AMX Consulting expands its Smartsheet capabilities and international reach through the acquisition of Agilifly Digital Transformation’s Smartsheet practice.

We’re pleased to share that, from mid-October 2026, Agilifly Digital Transformation’s Smartsheet practice will become part of AMX Consulting. This next chapter follows more than 18 months of conversations between AMX and Agilifly about how we can build on our respective strengths and create even greater value for customers.

Agilifly has built a strong Smartsheet practice with expertise in advanced solutions across construction, precision manufacturing, media and professional services, supporting customers across Europe and APAC. Bringing this expertise into AMX further strengthens our Smartsheet capabilities while expanding our reach into new markets and industries.

Our priority throughout this transition is simple: continuity for our customers. Agilifly founder Isheeta Bali will work alongside AMX throughout the transition, helping ensure that customer knowledge, relationships and understanding carry forward smoothly.
